Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions for FRAMER gift cards before purchasing.

  1. The gift card is single-use and can only be redeemed once when placing an order on framer.ua.
  2. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiration, the card is void without compensation.
  3. Funds paid for the gift card are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
  4. If the order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance is forfeited. For example, a 1000 UAH card used on a 500 UAH order — the 500 UAH difference is not returned.
  5. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at checkout.
  6. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or withdrawn.
  7. The gift card cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  8. The gift card code is confidential. The owner is responsible for keeping the code secure.
  9. FRAMER reserves the right to refuse the use of a gift card if fraud or violation of these terms is suspected.
  10. By purchasing a gift card, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
