These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the online store framer.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") placing an order for services through framer.ua.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By placing an order on framer.ua, the Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to this Agreement.

1.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The current version is always available on this page.

1.3. The Service Provider offers framing, frame manufacturing, and related services.

2. Placing and Fulfilling Orders

2.1. The Customer may place an order through the website, by phone, or directly at the Service Provider’s workshop.

2.2. After an order is placed, the Service Provider will contact the Customer to confirm the order details, deadlines, and cost of services.

2.3. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the Customer and upon receipt of the prepayment (if applicable).

2.4. Order completion times are agreed upon individually and depend on the complexity of work and material availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Service prices are listed on framer.ua and may be changed by the Service Provider without prior notice.

3.2. The final order cost is calculated after all details have been agreed upon with the Customer.

3.3. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or through other available payment methods.

3.4. A prepayment of 50% to 100% of the order value may be required depending on the nature of the order.

4. Delivery and Pickup

4.1. The Customer may pick up the completed order from the Service Provider’s workshop or use the delivery service.

4.2. Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated separately and communicated to the Customer at the time of order placement.

4.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Warranties and Claims

5.1. The Service Provider guarantees the quality of work performed in accordance with the agreed specifications.

5.2. If defects attributable to the Service Provider are discovered, the Customer is entitled to free rectification.

5.3. Quality claims are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product has been used in accordance with operating guidelines.

5.4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage, or transportation by the Customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. As framing services are custom-made, returns of completed orders are only accepted in cases of substandard workmanship.

6.2. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return decision has been made.

7. Liability

7.1. The Service Provider is responsible for the quality of services provided under this Agreement.

7.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

7.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order.

8. Personal Data

8.1. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except as required by law.

8.2. Personal data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and keeping the Customer informed about order status.
